At Lekto Woodfuels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your firewood or fuel products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Prepare the Goods
Ensure the products are in their original packaging and condition; for safety reasons, fuel products must be stored in a dry environment prior to return.
Arrange Collection
We will coordinate a convenient time for our courier partners to collect the pallet or parcels from your property.
Receive Your Refund
Once the items are received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
